We have a new addition to the family.  Her name is Birt.  Yes, Birt sounds like a boys name but oh well.  My friend called me the other day telling me she had to get rid of her puppy or she would get evicted from her apartment. That is how Birt (formally known as “Star”) came to be out out house.  Chad absolutely hated her previous name, so we changed it.  She is part Chihuahua and part Fox Terrier or Rat Terrier. (one of those, not sure)  She’s really cute and sweet.  She’s been good with Kaden too.  She sits with us while he is screaming and doesn’t mind that he’s extremely loud.
